1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of Zodiacally, an astrology, compatibility, and self-reflection webapp operated by Aleks Paramonov.

2. Nature of the service

Zodiacally is provided as an entertainment and self-reflection product. Readings, compatibility scores, and Human Design content are reflective prompts, not professional advice or guaranteed predictions.

3. Paid readings and availability

Public pages may be available without payment. Deep daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and compatibility readings are offered as one-time paid digital readings from 99 cents through Stripe Checkout. A short processing moment may run before the result is shown while chart calculation and AI interpretation finish. Where optional advertising, analytics, or similar services are enabled, they are handled according to the consent settings described in the privacy policy.

4. Availability and changes

Readings may be generated, cached, limited, changed, or unavailable depending on backend availability, quota protection, abuse prevention, or technical maintenance. We may adapt the service as app, consent, legal, and backend requirements evolve.

5. User responsibilities

Do not misuse the service, automate abusive requests, attempt to extract secrets, interfere with security, or use Zodiacally for unlawful purposes. Journal comments must be respectful, lawful, and must not disclose another person’s personal data. We may remove unlawful, abusive, spam-like, or otherwise harmful community content. You remain responsible for your comments and for decisions you make based on any content.

6. No high-stakes reliance

Do not rely on Zodiacally for medical, psychological, legal, financial, safety, or relationship decisions. Seek qualified professional help for serious issues.

7. Intellectual property

The Zodiacally brand, design, texts, generated page structure, and app experience may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other rights. Personal readings are provided for your private use and reflection.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability for simple negligence is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and foreseeable typical damage. Mandatory statutory liability, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, remains unaffected.

9. Governing law

German law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your place of residence.
