1. Scope and provider
These terms apply to Zodiacally, an astrology, compatibility, and self-reflection webapp operated by Aleks Paramonov, Grandweg 162, 22529 Hamburg, Germany, support@zodiacally.com. They cover free functions, one-time digital readings, Mystic Plus subscriptions, account functions, and the Journal community.
2. Nature of the service
Zodiacally is provided as an entertainment and self-reflection product. Readings, compatibility scores, and Human Design content are reflective prompts, not professional advice or guaranteed predictions.
3. Contract conclusion and one-time readings
Product, total price, currency, essential characteristics, and payment obligation are displayed before the order. By selecting the clearly labelled payment button, you submit a binding order. The contract is concluded when Stripe confirms successful payment and Zodiacally accepts the order by unlocking or generating the selected reading.
One-time deep daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly readings currently cost EUR 0.99 or USD 0.99 including any applicable value-added tax shown for the selected market. They are not subscriptions. Stripe processes payment; Zodiacally does not receive card details.
4. Mystic Plus subscription
Mystic Plus is available monthly for EUR/USD 5.99 or yearly for EUR/USD 29.99, including any applicable value-added tax shown at checkout. The selected period begins after successful payment and activation.
The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the end of the current paid period. Cancellation takes effect at period end; access remains until then. You may cancel through the continuously available “Cancel subscription” function, the account billing portal, or support. Price changes apply only prospectively and will be communicated in advance where required.
5. Immediate performance, withdrawal, and confirmation
Before a paid order, consumers receive the withdrawal notice and are asked separately to request immediate performance and acknowledge the statutory consequences. The applicable right of withdrawal, model form, and electronic withdrawal function are available on the Withdrawal page.
Order data, applicable terms, price, legal confirmations, and payment confirmation are made available through checkout and confirmation. Please retain the Stripe receipt and electronic confirmations.
6. Newsletter offer and promotional access
The newsletter welcome offer provides one 14-day Mystic Plus period per confirmed newsletter address and verified account using the same address. It does not automatically turn into a paid subscription. Duplicate, automated, mismatched, or abusive claims may be rejected. Newsletter consent can be withdrawn without shortening a promotional period already granted.
7. Availability, updates, satisfaction promise, and digital-product rights
Readings use technical calculations and AI-supported interpretation. Short interruptions for maintenance, security, quota protection, or events outside reasonable control may occur. Zodiacally will provide contractually required functionality and security updates where applicable.
For paid one-time readings, Zodiacally also offers a voluntary satisfaction promise: if you are not satisfied, email support@zodiacally.com and, where possible, include the purchase email or Stripe receipt number. Zodiacally will refund 100% of that one-time reading purchase price. This promise does not limit any statutory rights.
Mandatory statutory rights relating to defects, conformity, remedies, and digital products remain unaffected. If a paid reading is not supplied or is defective, contact support@zodiacally.com with the checkout reference so performance, remediation, reduction, termination, or reimbursement can be assessed.
8. Accounts, suspension, and termination
Keep credentials confidential and provide accurate information. We may temporarily restrict an account or function where reasonably necessary for security incidents, abuse, payment fraud, legal violations, or material breaches. Where appropriate, we will state the reason and allow a response. You may stop using the service and request account deletion, subject to mandatory retention duties.
9. Journal community and moderation
You retain rights in your comments and grant Zodiacally a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and technically adapt them only as needed to operate and moderate the Journal. Do not post unlawful content, spam, harassment, infringements, or another person’s personal data.
Content may be restricted or removed after a reasoned assessment. Illegal content can be reported to support@zodiacally.com with the URL, explanation, and contact details. Affected users may use the same address to contest a moderation decision.
10. User responsibilities and no high-stakes reliance
Do not misuse the service, automate abusive requests, extract secrets, interfere with security, or use Zodiacally unlawfully. Do not rely on readings for medical, psychological, legal, financial, safety, or relationship decisions. Seek qualified professional help for serious issues.
11. Intellectual property
The Zodiacally brand, design, editorial texts, software, and app experience may be protected. Personal readings are licensed for private use and reflection. Commercial redistribution, model training, scraping, or resale requires prior permission unless mandatory law permits it.
12. Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, liability for simple negligence is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and foreseeable typical damage. Mandatory liability, including intent, gross negligence, guarantees, product liability, and injury to life, body, or health, remains unaffected.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules at your habitual residence. Statutory access to courts and complaint procedures remains unaffected.
