Questions about pricing
Do I need an account to buy a reading?
No. Enter your birth data, pay $0.99 once through Stripe, and open your reading. You only need an account for Mystic Plus or birth-profile sync. Reading results are not synced across devices, so download them directly.
What exactly does $0.99 buy?
One complete Deep Reading for your chosen timeframe: an astronomically calculated chart, AI-assisted interpretation, scores, openings, friction, and one next step.
Does Mystic Plus have a fair-use limit?
Yes. Mystic Plus currently supports up to 60 Deep Readings per day. The limit protects availability; it does not change the monthly or yearly plan price.
Can I cancel Mystic Plus?
Yes, anytime. Mystic Plus runs month to month (or year to year) and stops at the end of the period you paid for. No hidden lock-in.
Is my payment data safe?
Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details never touch our servers. Required details are processed for place search, chart calculation, and AI-assisted interpretation. See the Privacy Policy for details.
What if I do not like my reading?
Email support@zodiacally.com and, if possible, include your purchase email or Stripe receipt number. We will refund the full purchase price of the one-time reading.
